iykden.com is a product catalogue and enquiry website. It is not an online store: there is no shopping cart, no online checkout, and no payment processing on this site. Purchases, payments, and deliveries are arranged directly with IYKDEN through WhatsApp, phone, or other agreed channels.

Services

• Service quotes depend on the property details you provide (type, size, furnishing, pest type, severity).
• A transport/logistics fee may be required before a technician is dispatched for an inspection or service visit.
• Treatment works progressively. Most treatments work progressively. Allow 4 days to 1 week to see a significant reduction in pest activity. We do not guarantee instant or permanent results.

Health and safety

Pest control products are chemicals and must be handled with care. These precautions apply to all IYKDEN products and professional treatments.

• Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets at all times.
• Never apply products on or near food, food surfaces, cooking utensils, or drinking water.
• Wear gloves when handling powders, concentrates, and baits; wash hands thoroughly afterwards.
• Ventilate rooms after spraying or treatment, as directed.
• Store products sealed, dry, and away from heat, foodstuffs, and medicines.
• During professional treatments, follow the technician's instructions about leaving rooms, covering food and utensils, and keeping children and pets away. Do not wash, mop, or wipe treated surfaces until advised.
• If a product contacts skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately and take the product packaging with you.

Product usage and safety guidelines

Always read the label and directions on the specific product first. These guidelines are general and do not replace them. If anything is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before applying.

• Powders: apply thin layers into cracks, crevices, wall voids, and behind appliances, not in open piles. Keep away from food areas, children's play areas, and pet bedding. Avoid inhaling dust.
• Liquids and concentrates: dilute with water only as directed. Wear gloves during mixing and application, wash hands and equipment afterwards, ventilate the room after use, and keep people and pets off freshly treated surfaces until dry or as directed.
• Baits and traps: place along walls and runways, inside bait stations where possible, inaccessible to children, pets, and non-target animals. Check regularly and dispose of used boards hygienically.
• Storage and disposal: store sealed, dry, and locked away from children, food, and medicines. Never reuse empty containers for food or water.
• If an infestation is severe, spreading, or keeps returning after correct product use, book a professional treatment instead of increasing dosage yourself.

Refunds and returns

Sales are completed directly with our seller (not through online checkout), so issues are resolved case by case through the same conversation where you bought.

• Check your items on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with photos of what you received.
• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging are the easiest to resolve. Contact us before opening if you suspect a problem. Opened chemical products generally cannot be resold, so those cases are assessed individually.
• Services: if pest activity persists beyond the expected 4-day to 1-week window, message us. We will review the treatment and advise on next steps, which may include a follow-up visit. Transport/logistics fees cover the cost of dispatch and are generally non-refundable once the visit has occurred.
